Four all seasons catering is owned and run by Nigel Pagan and Carolanne Ellis, two qualified chefs who have over 70 years experience [believe it or not!]between them
Completed her Professional Catering Crafts Diploma and City and Guilds Qualifications in 1982 at The College of Food and Domestic Arts in Birmingham.
Her first appointment was at a hotel in Atcham in Shropshire where she gained good kitchen experience before returning to her roots in Birmingham where she worked as sweet/pastry chef at Bobby Browns Restaurant in the City centre.
A position arose to work at the Black Country Museum in Dudley where Carolanne worked for 7 years in all areas of catering before joining Brian Smith Catering Services-a contract catering company where Carolanne did her management training as well as teaching the basic food hygiene to company units and running the busy catering unit at Mazak in Worcester …this is where Carolanne employed Nigel as her head chef - they have been working together for the past 21 years, the last 14 at Cobwebs Restaurant in Evesham.
Carolanne is married to Dean and has two children and lives in Evesham.
Qualified from Garretts Green College in Birmingham in 1975 completing his City and Guilds qualifications before gaining experience working at the Barrows Restaurant and the Cherry Trees Motel in Alcester he then took on the role of head chef at Studley Castle.
Nigel worked as head chef at Rossini Italian Restaurant in Droitwich before taking over as head chef at Mazak-a Japanese engineering company in Worcester .
Nigel learnt Japanese cuisine as well as catering for a large workforce, directors lunches and hospitality catering, expanding into large functions,the largest function here being an evening dinner for 500 people.
Nigel has been co owner and chef at Cobwebs Restaurant Evesham for the past 14 years.
He is married to Wendy and has two children and lives in Stratford
